摘　　要：随着国家经济发展方式转变和经济结构的调整,教育改革不断深化,教育资源重新分配不断加快,民办高校办学规模也在不断扩大,民办高校的管理体制也需要不断地改革,提升办学规模,提高办学竞争力。减少管理层次,提高管理信号强度,实行扁平化管理,是当前民办高校管理中不得不重视的课题。With the change of economic development mode and the adjustment of economic structure, educational reform is deepening continuously, and the redistribution of educational resources is accelerating. Meanwhile, private universities are expanding their scales. Management system of Private Universities also needs reforming to make adjustment to the overall demand unceasingly, enhancing the scale of the school and enhancing competitiveness. Reducing management hierarchy, improving management signal strength and implementing fiat management have become the important issue, which we must pay attention to.
