摘　　要：我国人力资源招聘服务行业发展迅速,但行业整体水平相对较低,招聘企业良莠不齐,发展前景堪忧。本文将从我国招聘服务行业发展现状进行探析,探寻招聘企业存在的问题,结合我国人力资源招聘服务行业的发展趋势针对相关问题提出发展策略。HR recruitment service industry in China developed rapidly, but the overall level of the industry is relatively low, and the good and bad recruiters are intermingled, so the development prospects is woeful. This article analyzed from the development status of employment services industry, explored the problems, proposed the development strategies combining with the developing trend and related issues of our human resources recruitment services industry.
