摘  要:为了解决中央空调系统中水泵、风机定速运行时的能源浪费问题,设计了一种能够实现变水量、变风量控制的中央空调节能控制系统。该系统利用变压变频技术,开发了基于西门子大中功率变频器的冷冻水、冷却水变水量节能子系统,与基于通用小功率变频器的风机盘管变风量节能子系统。经现场测试分析,结果证实此系统具有良好的空调节能效益和房间温度控制效果,圆满达到设计目标;此方案可以加以推广,积极推进节能降耗的宏伟目标。In order to solve the energy waste problems in constant speed movements of the water pump and the air blower in the central air-conditioning system, a kind of novel energy saving control system in the central air-conditioning is designed, which can realize the control of variable water volume and variable air volume. Using variable voltage variable frequency technologies, this system designs the sub-syetem of energy saving of variable water volume for the freezing water and the cooling water by Siemens' s frequency convertors, and the sub-syetem of energy saving of variable air volume for fan-coil units by general frequency convertors. After the scene tests and analysises, results verify that this syetem is good at the energy saving benefit of the air-conditioning and the control effect of the room temperature, achieving the project objective completely, and that this plan may be promoted vigorously to advance positively the superb target of energy saving and lower consumption.
