甲地孕酮对提高晚期肺癌化疗患者生活质量的临床研究

摘　　要：目的为了评价甲地孕酮提高晚期肺癌患者生活质量的疗效和不良反应。方法晚期肺癌患者随机分为两组:治疗组(化疗加用甲地孕酮)和对照组(单纯化疗)。两组中同一种病化疗方案相同,分别观察治疗期间两组患者食欲、体重、胃肠道反应、karnofsky评分、骨髓抑制结果及血清白蛋白的变化,统计病例数并分析。结果治疗组较对照组食欲体重增加,karnofsky分值提高,骨髓抑制减轻,血清白蛋白升高,未见明显不良反应。结论甲地孕酮能显著改善晚期肺癌患者的生活质量及恶病质,提高患者对化疗的耐受性。Objective To further evaluate the efficacy of megestrol acetate in improving the life quality of patients with advanced lung cancer and its side effects.Methods Patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group recieved megestrol acetate combined chemotherapy,while the control group recieved chemotherapy alone.In the two groups,the same disease recieved the same chemotherapy.The appetite,body weight,gastrointestinal reactions,Karnofsky score,bone marrow suppression and serum albumin in two groups were compared.Results The patients by using megestrol have gained their appetitle and weight,KPS score increase,their marrow suppression decrease and serum albumin increase.And no obvious side reactions were noted.Conclusions Megestrol acetate can significantly improve the life quality as well as the dyscrasia of patients with advanced lung cancer.Megestrol can improve chemotherapy endurance for the patients with advanced lung cancer.
