摘　　要：论文分析研究国民阅读新趋势、新特点,如碎片化阅读蔓延、速读与缩读出现、读图与读网并存、注重休闲阅读、喜好数字化阅读等。指出图书馆应正确认识阅读新趋势,采取有效措施做好导读工作,如加强读者研究,注重导读网页的互动,创建读书组织并定期举办读书活动,使读者能及时感受新技术带来的阅读新体验,将阅读推动工作做成有影响力的品牌活动。This paper analyzes the new trend and new characteristics of national reading, such as fragmentation reading, speed reading, contractions reading, picture reading and network reading, leisure reading and digital reading etc. It points out that library should have a correct understanding of new trends in reading, enhance the reader study, pay attention to the interdynamic of the introduction webpage, create reading organizations and regularly organize reading activities, so as to let readers feel the new experience brought by new technology in reading timely, and put the reading promotion work to be a powerful brand activity.
