高职学生职业效能感对就业心理压力的影响分析与对策建议

摘　　要：通过对某高职学院1657名学生进行问卷调查发现:职业效能感中的收集信息、目标筛选、制定计划、问题解决等因素是影响高职学生就业心理压力的重要因素。比较了高职学生职业效能、就业压力的差异,分析了高职学生职业效能感与就业心理压力总体状况,提出了提高高职学生就业能力的对策与建议。Based on the result of a questionnaire survey among 1,657 students from a vocational college,the project group comes to the conclusion that some abilities involved in occupational efficiency including information gathering,target selecting,planning and problem solving are important factors that cause HVC students＇ employment psychological pressure.In this connection,the group also puts forward some suggestions and counter-measures in the hope of being able to improving students＇ competitiveness.
