血清维生素A、SIL-2R水平与食管癌关系的研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨血清维生素Ａ、ＳＩＬ２Ｒ 水平与食管癌的关系。方法：以微量荧光法和ＥＬＩＳＡ 法分别对３２ 例术前食管癌病人和３２ 例健康对照者同步进行了血清维生素Ａ 和ＳＩＬ２Ｒ 水平的测定。结果：食管癌患者血清中具有抗亚硝胺致癌作用的维生素Ａ 水平较对照组低（ Ｐ＜ ００１） 的同时，血清ＳＩＬ２Ｒ 水平显著高于对照组（ Ｐ＜ ００１） ，ＩＬ２ 依赖性免疫功能降低。结论：食管癌患者显示的血清维生素Ａ 水平降低和ＳＩＬ２Ｒ 水平升高可能与患者的免疫功能异常有关，并提示在食管癌的发生中，血清维生素Ａ的降低和ＳＩＬ２Ｒ 的升高可能存在着某种联系。Objective:To study the relationship between levels of Vitamine A (Vit A)soluble interleukin 2 receptor in serum and esophageal cancer.Methods:Using methods of microfluorescence and ELISA,the levels of Vit A and SIL 2R in serum were determined for 32 esophageal cancer patients and 32 health controls.Results:The level of Vit A in serum function of the esophageal cancer group was lower than the control group ( P <0 01),which can resist nitrosamine cause cancer,but the level of SIL 2R in serum of the esophageal cancer group was higher than the control group ( P <0 01)at the same time.Conclusion:The immunologic functions depend on IL 2 of the patients might be inhibited.There was probably relationship between the low Vit A level and the high SIL 2R level in serum and the abnormal immunologic functions of the patients with esophageal cancer.The result point out it was possible that there was a relationship between Vit A level and SIL 2R contents.
