摘 要:检测了30种不同地区、部位烤烟烟叶的粗纤维素含量和平衡含水率,并对其进行了感官评吸,进而分析了烟叶粗纤维素含量与平衡含水率、感官质量间的关系。结果表明:粗纤维素含量与平衡含水率间呈显著正相关关系;粗纤维素含量高的烟叶,刺激性和干燥感降低、余味变差、劲头增大、杂气增重,但相关关系均不显著。Thirty kinds of flue-cured tobacco leaves were chosen from the different regions and position as the experimental material,in which the crude fiber content and equilibrium moisture content were detected,and sensory evaluation of their smoking was carryed out.The relationships of the crude fiber content and the equilibrium moisture content,smoking quality were analyzed.The results showed that the relation of the crude fiber content and the equilibrium moisture content were positive correlation.The irritation and dry sensation were to be lower,the aftertaste was to be bad,the strength was to bring up,and the offensive taste was to be heavy in the flue-cured tobacco leaves which had high crude fiber content,but their correlation were insignificant.
