摘 要:本试验旨在研究酵母培养物对海兰褐蛋雏鸡肠道主要菌群及免疫机能的影响。选用180只7日龄健康无病的海兰褐蛋雏鸡,随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中添加2.5%和5%的酵母培养物。于21、35、49日龄测定雏鸡肠道中大肠杆菌、双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的数量,并且通过Ea玫瑰花环试验、淋巴细胞转化试验和测定血清IL-2水平评价其细胞免疫功能。结果表明:①在日粮中添加酵母培养物后可以显著降低蛋雏鸡肠道大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05),提高双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的数量(P<0.05);②酵母培养物可以提高蛋雏鸡Ea玫瑰花环形成率、淋巴细胞转化率以及血清中IL-2的水平,提高蛋雏鸡机体的免疫机能;③综合考虑,蛋雏鸡日粮中添加2.5%的酵母培养物效果较好。The effect of supplementation with yeast culture in diet on major intestinal flora and immune function of Hy-Line brown laying chicks was studied.A total of 180 healthy Hy-Line brown laying chicks of 7-days-aged was chosen in this experiment.The birds were divided into three groups randomly,three replicates per group,twenty chicks per repetition.The control group was fed basal diet,the test group ⅠandⅡ were fed basal diet supplemented with 2.5 % and 5 % yeast culture respectively.The amounts of E.coli,bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in intestine of laying chicks were mensurated on the 21,35,49 days,respectively,and its immune function was determined by Ea-rose wreath trial,lymphocyte transformation trial and the IL-2 concentration in serum.The result showed:(i)After the addition of yeast culture,the amount of E.coli significantly reduced(P0.05) and the amounts of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus significantly increased(P0.05).(ii)Yeast culture could significantly elevated the rate to form Ea rose wreath,lymphocyte transformation rate and the IL-2 concentration in serum.Yeast culture could strengthen the immune function in laying chicks.(iii)Basal diet supplemented with 2.5 % yeast culture showed the better effect than others.
