放射加热疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的研究

摘　　要：［目的］评价放射加热疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的疗效。（方法）采用随机配对的方法将不能手术的ⅢaⅢb。期NSCLC患者分为两组，A组采用放疗加热疗，B组单纯放疗。（结果〕A组和B组肿瘤有效率（C＋PR）分别为91．18％、82.35％（P=0.05）；A组急性放射反应和后期放射损伤较B组明显减轻（P值分别为0．03和0．035）；3年生存率分别为11．76％和8.82％（P＝00158），3年局控率为7.84％和5.88％（P=0．0398），3年无远处转移率分别为19．16％和18．42％（P=0.0213）。（结论）放疗加热疗治疗局部晚期NSCDLC疗效优于单纯放射治疗，且可减轻急性放射反应和后期放射损伤。To evaluate the rmCaCy of the hperthenda cedined with ndothmp in the bot of nded edvanced im edcell lung canan(NSde).
