胃镜黏膜下剥离术治疗40例食管平滑肌瘤

摘　　要：目的探讨胃镜黏膜下剥离术治疗食管平滑肌瘤的效果、并发症。方法采用内镜下食管平滑肌瘤剥离切除术治疗40例食管平滑肌瘤患者,用针刀,IT刀及L型刀剥离、切除病变,并及时止血。结果结果40例患者食管平滑肌瘤顺利一次性完全切除,无穿孔及大出血,3个月后,40例患者复查胃镜显示创面已愈合,未见平滑肌瘤复发。结论胃镜黏膜下剥离术治疗食管平滑肌瘤肿瘤是一种安全、有效、创伤小的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the effects and complications of endoscopic submucosal dissection（ESD） for treating esophageal leiomyomas.Methods 40 patients were diagnosed esophageal leiomyomas by endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasonogrph（EUS）.We separated the surrounding tissue of tumor by hook knife and acusector or insulation knife,and dissected the tumor,as well as hemostasis.Results 40 lesions in the patients were all one-time excised successfully,and the removal rate was 100%.No complications such as hemorrhage and perforation,appeared in the surgery and postoperation.No recurrence was found after operation.Conclusion Endoscopic submucosal dissection is a safe,effective technique for treatment of esophageal leiomyomas
