摘　　要：目的分析蛋白激酶Cζ(PKCζ)在乳腺癌组织中的表达与临床病理的关系,探讨PKCζ在乳腺癌侵袭转移中的作用机制。方法采用免疫组织化学与逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测15例正常乳腺组织及52例乳腺癌组织中PKCζ的表达,分析其与乳腺癌临床病理特征、侵袭性和转移性的关系。结果 PKCζ在各组中均有表达,乳腺癌中的表达量显著高于正常乳腺组织(P<0.05);浸润性导管癌中的表达量显著高于导管内癌(P<0.05);伴淋巴结转移的浸润性导管癌中的表达量高于无淋巴结转移的浸润性导管癌(P<0.05)。结论 PKCζ的异常表达与乳腺癌发生发展密切相关,与肿瘤细胞分化程度、淋巴结转移存在正相关。PKCζ可能作为一种诱导因子在乳腺癌侵袭和转移中发挥作用。Objective It is to analyzes the correlation between protein kinase Cζ（PKCζ） expression and clinical pathology in breast carcinoma,and approach the molecular mechanism of PKCζ in invasion and metastasis of breast carcinoma.Methods The expression of PKCζ in 15 normal tissues and 52 breast carcinomas tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）,the correlation between PKCζ and clinical pathological features,invasion and metastasis.Results The PKCζ was expressed in each group.The expression of PKCζ in breast carcinoma was higher than that in normal tissue（P0.05）;invasive ductal carcinoma was higher than intraductal carcinomas in situ（P0.05）;invasive ductal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was higher than invasive ductal carcinoma without lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion The abnormal expression of PKCζ is closely related to the development of breast carcinoma,tumor cell differentiation and lymph node metastasis.It is a positive correlation.PKCζ may be an inducing factor and it plays a role in breast carcinoma invasion and metastasis.
