摘　　要：网络意识形态斗争是指以计算机互联网络为手段和平台开展的意识形态斗争,是意识形态斗争的网络化。网络给马克思主义大众化带来前所未有的机遇,为马克思主义大众化提供了最先进的传播工具。但国外反动势力也借网络强势侵入,大肆宣传资本主义意识形态,散布反动言论;同时,网络也会放大国内社会转型所带来的矛盾,对传统的马克思主义大众化方式带来严峻挑战。The computer network has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the popularization of Marxism. Opportunities lie in that the network provides the most advanced commu- nication tools for the Marxism popularization. Challenges lie in that the foreign and domestic two as pects, foreign reactionary forces penetrate through the network by hyping capitalist ideology; sprea ding antiMarxist remarks to confuse people; the contradictions and conflicts caused by domestic so cial transformation zoomed on the network challenge the selfidentification of Marxism; it is difficult for the traditional way of popularizing Marxism to meet the new requirements at the same time.
