摘  要:[目的]了解龙岩市宾馆、酒店集中空调通风系统卫生状况,为预防集中空调通风系统传播传染性疾病提供科学依据。[方法]2009年7月,在龙岩市辖区内3家宾馆、9家酒店的集中式空调通风系统,用撞击法采集通风口空气,检测β-溶血性链球菌;在通风系统风管内的表面采集积尘,检测积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数。[结果]检测12套集中空调的通风系统,风管内表面:积尘量指标合格率为41.67%,细菌总数合格率为41.67%,真菌总数合格率为25.00%,送风口空气β-溶血性链球菌合格率为100.00%。60个采样点中,风管口表面积尘量合格率为45.00%、细菌总数合格率为65.00%、真菌总数合格率为35.00%。[结论]龙岩市宾馆、酒店集中空调通风系统积尘量多,微生物污染较为严重。[Objective]To explore the hygienic situation of central air conditioning system in Longyan's hotels so as to provide basis for preventing spread of the infection from central air conditioning system.[Methods]In July 2009,air vents were collected from central air conditioning system of 12 hotels by impact and detection ofβ-hemolytic streptococcus.Dust samples were collected randomly from central air conditioning system.Dust quantity,total bacterial count and fungus count of dust were tested for them.[Results]In the central air conditioning system of 12 hotels,the qualified rate of the dust quantity,the total bacterial count,the total fungus count,β-hemolytic streptococcus of air vents was 41.67%of,41.67%o,25.00% and 100%.In the 60 spots,the qualified rate of the dust quantity,the total bacterial count,the total fungus count was 45.00%,6500% and 35.00%.[Conclusion]Dust quantity and microbial pollution is more serious in central air conditioning system in Longyan's hotels.
