2009～2010年无锡市锡山区健康体检人员乙肝病毒感染指标检测分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解锡山区体检人员乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染情况,为以后制订有针对性的防控策略提供依据。[方法]对2009年1月至2010年6月到锡山区疾控中心进行健康体检的18 389名人员HBV血清学标志物检测资料进行分析。[结果]检测18 389人,HBsAg阳性率为2.68%,其中男性为3.26%,女性为2.05%(P<0.01);18～29岁为2.21%,30～39岁为3.51%,40～55岁为5.23%(P<0.01)。检测的18 389人中,单纯HBsAg阳性的占0.03%,单纯抗-HBs阳性的占30.94%,HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBc阳性的占0.67%,HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc阳性的占1.64%,抗-HBs、抗-HBc阳性的占8.84%,5项指标均阴性的占54.43%。[结论]锡山区体检人员HBsAg阳性率较低,无HBV免疫力的人员较多。[Objective]To understand the HBV infection in physical examination personnel in Xishan District,Wuxi City so as to provide basis for working out strategy of HBV prevention.[Methods]Analysis was made on data of hepatitis B marks in 18 389 physical examination personnel were detected from January 2009 to June 2010.[Results]Among 18 389 tested,the carrying rate of HBsAg was 2.68%.The carrying rate of HBsAg in males was 3.26%;with a rate of 2.05%（P0.01） in females.The positive rate within the 18-29,30-39 and 40-55 age groups was 2.21%,3.51% and 5.23% respectively（P0.01）.HBsAg positive was 0.03%,-HBs positive was 30.94%.positive of HBsAg,HBeAg and-HBc was 0.67%,positive of HBsAg,-HBe and-HBc was 1.64%,positive of-HBs and-HBc was 8.84%,the five indexes of immunity which were all negative was 54.43%.[Conclusion]The carrying rate of HBsAg in physical examination personnel in Xishan district,Wuxi city is at a low level.There are a lot of people without immunity.
