健脾消积汤配合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤32例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾消积汤配合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将62例晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为2组。对照组30例选用相应的化疗方案,治疗组32例在对照组治疗基础上予健脾消积汤。2组以4周为1个周期,2个周期为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察2组临床疗效、中医症候积分、生活质量评分、Karnofsky(KPS)评分和不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率(37.50%)对照组总有效率30.00%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医症候积分、生活质量积分和KPS评分均有改善,与本组治疗前和对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后生活质量积分、KPS评分降低,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组白细胞计数下降、恶心呕吐发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾消积汤配合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤可提高化疗的效果,减轻化疗引起的骨髓抑制及不良反应,改善临床症状,提高生活质量,延长生存期。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jianpixiaoji decoction combined with chemotherapy on life quality of patients with advanced cancer.Methods 62 patients with advanced cancer were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in two groups were given appropriate chemotherapy.And patients in treatment group were treated by Jianpixiaoji decoction.The clinical effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptoms scores,quality of life score,KPS score and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 37.50%,30.00%,respectively.There was no significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms scores,quality of life score and KPS score in treatment group were improved after treatment.Compared with those before treatment and after treatment in control group,there was obvious difference（P0.05）.Incidence rate of decreased white blood cell count,decreased platelet count,nausea and vomiting in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Jianpixiaoji decoction combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced cancer can improve the effectiveness of chemotherapy to reduce chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression and adverse effects and improve clinical symptoms and improve quality of life and prolong survival.
