术后炎性肠梗阻的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻(early postoperative inflamm atory ileus,EPII)的临床特点和处理。方法:选择分析我院腹部手术术后出现早期炎性肠梗阻的89例病人经过禁食、持续胃肠减压、营养支持、抗炎、足三里封闭法等治疗。结果:84例经保守治疗痊愈,平均治愈时间12天,5例中转手术,其中2例经三次手术后出现肠瘘。结论:术后早期炎性肠梗阻常发生在术后7天左右,保守治疗是治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的有效方法。Objective：To investigate the characteristics,the diagnosis and the therapy of the early postoperative inflammatory ileus.Methods：The data of 89 cases of the early postoperative inflammatory ileus after gastrointestal tract operation in our hospital treated was analyzed retrospectively such as the persisted decompression of gastrointestinal tract,parenteral-nutrition providng,anti-infection,chinese traditional physical therapy ect.Results：84 cases were cured by the non-operative treatment,and the clysters while 5 cases were cured by operation.But 2 patients were ocuured Intestinal fistula after three surgery The average cured time was 12 days.Conclusion：conservative treatment is effective for early postoperative inflammatory ileus.and occur in about 7days after the opration.
