高校实验室用房管理的实践与创新

摘　　要：实验室是高校实践教育和科学研究的重要基地,实验室用房是实验室建设的重要支撑条件。为了提高实验室用房的效益,高校实行了房产资源调节费制度,这为实验室用房管理的创新提供了一个新的思路,即把房产资源调节费与实验室绩效评价结合起来,支持实验室的建设和管理。Laboratory is the base of teaching and scientific research,and it plays an important role during the practical education in colleges and universities.Laboratory public house is an important support for talent training and scientific research.In order to increase its the efficiency,colleges and universities carry out the charge system.It provides a new idea to innovate the management,i.e.,to combine charge system with evaluation to support the construction and management of laboratory.
