摘　　要：目的:探讨抑郁症患者防御机制的特点及治疗前后的变化。方法:采用防御方式问卷(DSQ)对46例抑郁症患者进行测试,并以46名正常者作对照研究。结果:(1)抑郁症患者不成熟因子分高于正常组。(2)治疗3个月后不成熟因子分显著低于治疗前,成熟因子分高于治疗前。结论:抑郁症患者过多使用不成熟防御机制,药物治疗及心理治疗可使其防御机制向成熟方向发展。Objective：To discuss the characteristics and variation of the defensive mechanism before and after treatment in patients with depression.Methods：Use DSQ to test 46 patients with depression and make a comparative on 46 healthy persons.Results：（l） The score Of immature factor within the patients with depression is higher than that within the healthy group.（2） Afier 3 months treatment the score of immature factor is obviously lower than that before the treatment the score of mature factor is higher.Conclusions： If the patients with depression use the immature defense mechanism too much medical and mental treatments can maturate the patients＇ defensive mechanism.
