摘　　要：尽管我国旅游业的发展取得了举世瞩目的成就,但积累的问题也很突出。旅游行业中的导游薪酬制度问题一直是旅游业健康发展的障碍,相关研究者对这个问题的研究已经取得了一些初步成果。文章通过对相关文献资料的阅读、筛选和梳理,对国内外导游薪酬制度的研究现状进行了总结。Despite the development of tourism in China has made remarkable achievements,but the accumulation of problems are also prominent.The problem of the tour-guide salary system in tourism industry has been the obstacle to the healthy development of the tourism industry,scholars＇ research on this issue has achieved some initial results.By reading the relevant literature,screening and combing,the research status for the tour-guide salary system of domestic and international is summarized.
