摘  要:[目的]探讨新疆高职民族、汉族两班学生对临床护理课程《五官科护理学》学习的掌握程度,及时发现教学中存在的问题,不断改进教学方法,提高护理教学质量。[方法]对某大学护理学院高职民族班115名及汉族班92名学生同时开设的五官科护理学的平均成绩、及格率及各题型失分率等进行统计学分析。[结果]民族、汉族两班学生成绩差异明显(P<0.05),且相对于客观题民族、汉族两班学生主观题失分率均较高。[结论]民族班成绩低于汉族班有许多原因,临床护理教学应根据新疆少数民族地区民族学生的特点,选择适当的教学方法与教材,大力培养优秀少数民族教师,不断提高学生学习兴趣及考试成绩。Objective:To probe into the mastering "ENT Nursing" clinical nursing course of Xinjiang Minority and han two classes higher vocational of students,and so as to timely find out the problems in teaching,and constantly improve the teaching methods and improve the quality of nursing teaching.Methods:The statistical analysis was carried out for the average score,passing rate and loss fraction of kinds of questions of "ENT nursing"set up at the same time between 115 students in higher vocational Minority class and 92 students in Han class in nursing college of a certain university.Results:there was statistical significant difference in students score between two classes(P0.05),compared with objective questions,the loss fraction of subjective questions were higher in both classes of students.Conclusion:There were many reasons for score in Minority class lower than the Han nationality class.According to the characteristics of Minority students in Xinjiang Minority region,the clinical nursing teaching should select the appropriate teaching methods and materials,train outstanding minority teachers with great efforts to improve students' learning interest and test scores.
