汉字拼写26字母新方案

摘　　要：汉字曾视为90%以上是一维拼写的复杂三维文字,但文中将其规范为一维新拉丁化,其方案如下:(1)一字一码,一一对应无重码,解决了同音字区分问题,方块汉字与新拼音汉字可以互换;(2)任何汉字均可由1～3个字母构成,书写方便、拼写唯一、阅读无困难。具体规则是:首次母取声韵反切拼音、次后母辨字大小写有意;(3)新汉字方便外国人、小孩和学龄儿童学习汉语,也有便于成年人掌握;(4)新拼写汉字由1～3字母组成,字宽相近,保留方块汉字大致等宽的字形美和观赏美;(5)因此利于汉字世界化和全球化,从而增强中国文化影响力和软实力。Chinese characters was considered as more than 90% as the one-dimensional ones of three-dimensional alphabetic writing.While in this paper,it is introdused as a new Latinize unidimensional ones.On such a base,a new program is designed as follows： Firstly,one characrer corespondences to one cluster of numbers with on repition.,by which distinguishes the homophonic characters.Besides,each character is interchangable with its new pinyin letters.Secondly,each character can be replaced by on more than three letters,which is convenient in writing,unique in form,and fluent in reading.In details,Thirdly,the new program benefits foreigners,children and other Chinese-learners.Forthly,formed by utmost three letters,character width of any new Pinyin words are simlilar,which inherit the beauty of traditional Chinese characters.Last but not the least,the Program is in favor of the spread of Chinese the language,hence is the improvement of the influence and power of Chinese culture.
