胃炎胃溃疡治疗中的不合理用药分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胃炎、胃溃疡疾病的药物治疗情况，对其中的不合理用药情况进行统计分析，以促进胃炎胃溃疡疾病的合理用药。方法查阅我院自2004年6月-2009年6月5年间消化系统疾病处方3460张，其中胃炎处方1752张，胃溃疡处方1708张，对每份处方中药物的适应症、相互作用、联合用药、用量用法、重复用药等内容进行统计分析。结果1752张胃炎处方中不合理用药处方数211张，占胃炎处方的12．04％；1708张胃溃疡处方中不合理用药处方数为274张，占胃溃疡处方的16．04％；不合理用药情况如元指征用药、选药不恰当、药物用量过高或过低、重复用药、药物配伍不当在胃炎和胃溃疡治疗之间差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论对胃炎、胃溃疡疾病的药物治疗中，存在一定的不合理用药情况，应引起临床医师的重视。在一定程度上贯彻落实胃炎、胃溃疡的合理用药。Objective To investigate the treatment of gastritis and peptic ulcer disease and the drug situation, and make statistical analysis on irrational use of drugs in order to promote rational use of gastric ulcer disease. Methods There were 3 460 digestive system prescriptions from June 2004 to June 2009 in ot!r hospital, including 1 752. prescriptions of gastritis, gastric ulcer prescription 1 708, for each prescription, the drug indications, interactions, the joint medication, the amount of usage, repeated drug use and other content for statistical analysis were conducted, Results Irrational prescription drug prescriptions among 1 752 gastritis ones were 211, accounting for 12,04%, and 274 （16.04%） irrational prescriptions among 1708 gastric nicker prescriptiuns, the irrational drug use conditions include unreasonable No indication of drug use, inappropriate drug selection, drug dosage too high or too low, repeating medication, drugs combined in inappropriate treatment of gastritis and peptic ulcer, there was significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion In drug treatment of gastric uh＇er disease, there is a certain irrational drug use, it should attract the attention of clinicians to a certain extent, to setup a reasonable implementation of gastric ulcer maedieation.
