基于变权关联规则的设备故障诊断研究

摘　　要：加权关联规则应用于设备故障诊断是当前的研究热点,其前提假设是,设备组件的权值在整个设备生命周期中是恒定不变的。而实际上,随着设备组件的磨损,各组件的权值会随时间而发生变化。本文针对这种情况,提出了一种适用于设备故障诊断的变权关联规则算法,将随时间而变化的设备组件磨损程度因素作为衡量组件权重值的一项重要指标,以提高设备故障诊断的准确率,并用具体的实例分析来说明运用变权关联规则对设备故障诊断更加准确。The weighted association rules is a very hot topic in currently researches,and the hypothesis applied to the equipment fault diagnosis is the weights of equipment components in the whole life cycle is constant.But in fact,with the equipment used in the process of componentwear different,each piece ofweights will also changed over time.Based on this,this article puts forward a suitable equipment fault diagnosis of variableweights association rules algorithm,as the time-varying ofwear the equipment components factors to an important index to measure the weights of components,and using this to improve equipment fault diagnosis accuracy,then it uses specific examples to illustrate using variable weights association rules for equipment fault diagnosis is more accurate.
