摘  要:研究酵母培养物对海兰褐蛋雏鸡血清生化指标的影响。选用健康海兰褐蛋雏鸡,随机分为3组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中添加2.5%和5%的酵母培养物。于35、49日龄测定雏鸡血清生化指标。结果表明,蛋雏鸡日粮中添加酵母培养物能够显著提高血清中总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白的含量(P<0.05);能够显著降低谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶的活性(P<0.05),对于血清中碱性磷酸酶和磷酸肌酸酶的活性以及尿酸的含量没有显著影响(P>0.05);对于血清中钙和磷的含量无显著影响(P>0.05);脂类代谢指标呈现下降趋势。35日龄时,日粮中添加5%酵母培养物显著降低血清中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量(P<0.05)。The effect of supplementation with yeast culture in diet on seral biochemical parameters of Hy-Line brown laying chicks were studied.A total of 180 healthy Hy-Line brown laying chicks of 7-days-age were chosen in this experiment.The birds were divided into three groups randomly,three replicates per group,twenty chicks per repetition.The control group was fed with basal diet,the test group ⅠandⅡ were fed with basal diet supplemented with 2.5% and 5% yeast culture respectively.The seral biochemical parameters of chicks were mensurated on the 35 and 49 days old respectively.The result showed: After the addition of yeast culture,the content of seral total protein,albumin,globulin were significantly increased(P0.05);Activity of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and glutamic-oxaloaletic transaminase were significantly reduced(P0.05),but no significant difference was found to the level of alkaline phosphatase、creatine phosphskinase and uric acid in serum(P0.05);No significant difference was found to the content of calcium and phosphorus in serum(P0.05);Lipids metabolism parameters presented the declining trend.On the 35 days old,the content of low density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum was significantly reduced(P0.05) when the chicks were fed with basal diet supplement with 5% yeast culture.
