摘　　要：基于健康相关生命质量的医疗技术评估能更全面地评估医疗技术本身,推动医疗技术的发展,有利于促进技术主体科学精神和人文精神的结合,实现技术客体的全面利益。基于健康相关生命质量的医疗技术评估将是一个从思想变为行动、从分散走向系统、从专科走向整合的过程。Medical technology assessment based on health - related quality of life can assess medical technology itself in its entity and promote the progress of medical technology. It can promote the combination o/humanistic spirit and technological - subjected scientific spirit and realize the whole benefit of technological object. Medical technology assessment based on health -related quality of life is a progression from idea to practice, from parts to system, and from profession to integration.
