摘  要:医学人文素质教育是帮助医学生学会从医学、道德、法律、伦理等多个角度发现、思考和解决实际工作中遇到的问题,从而更好地适应社会、服务社会。目前高职医学人文素质教育不容乐观,主要表现在知识、能力、修养三个层面。高职院校应从医学教育工作者积极树立医学人文素质教育理念、提升教师人文素质、系统设置人文课程体系等多方面,加强医学人文素质教育,努力把医学生培养成为适应社会发展需求的具有人文精神的合格医学人才。The medical humanities education helps medical students to discover, reflect, and finally solve problems in their future practical work from multiple perspectives including medical science, morality, law, ethics and so on, thus better adapting to the society and providing better medical service. The present medical humanities education is far from perfection, with insufficiencies mainly manifested in knowledge, ability, and accomplishment levels. Vocational medical colleges should strengthen medical humanities education by positively setting up medical teachers' concept of medical humanities education, promoting teachers' own humanities quality, systematically establishing humanities curriculum, aiming to cultivate medical students into qualified medical talents adapted to the social development.
