摘　　要：医生行医不再是单纯的诊治疾病,而是渗透着人文学在内的"心身治疗"。医院人文学科建设水平的高低,影响着医院的整体形象和社会信誉度;医者人文素质的高低,直接影响到医疗服务质量和患者的满意度。强化人文学科建设是提高医务人员职业道德修养的需要,是提高医疗服务质量的需要;是医院发展建设的需要,是医院实现社会效益和经济效益双赢的需要,是改善医患关系的需要,是构建和谐社会的需要。No longer being a simple process of medical diagnosis and practice has become a psychosomatic treatment which bears humanistic signifi treatment of disease, today＇s medical cance. Therefore, the level of hospital humanities building directly impacts on the overall image and social credibility of a hospital, while a doctor＇s humanistic cultivation parallelly affects medical services and patients＇satisfaction. To strengthen the humanities building is the need to improve the professional ethics of the medical staffs, the need to improve the quality of medical services, the need of hospital development, the need for a hospital to achieve social and economic benefit, the need to improve the physician -patient relationship, and the need to build a harmonious society.
