摘　　要：为了解决全开放实验教学中管理复杂、操作麻烦、工作量大、效率低等突出问题,基于全开放实验教学的特点,设计并实现了全开放实验室教学与管理系统,使全开放实验实现网络化教学和自动化管理,提高了实验教学水平和管理水平。该系统由电工电子网上实验室和实验室管理系统两个分系统构成,其系统框架和分系统的各功能模块的在文中都作了详细说明,其运行主要流程也作了简单介绍。Based on the characteristics of all-opening experiment,an all-opening experimental teaching and laboratory management system was designed and implemented for resolving various problems,such as complex management,fussy manipulation,vast workload,low efficiency etc.It makes all-opening experiment achieve network teaching and intellectualized management,so the experimental teaching level and laboratory management level are enhanced.The system consists of two subsystems.One is the network laboratory for electric and electronic experiment,the other is laboratory management subsystem.The system structure and the functional module of subsystems were explained,and the main operational process was introduced.
