摘　　要：体系结构对智能运输系统的实现具有十分重要的意义。本文首先对美国国家智能运输系统体系结构的开发目的、开发历程作简要介绍；然后以美国运输部于１９９ ８ 年９ 月公布的国家智能运输系统体系结构（ 第２ 版） 为蓝本， 对美国智能运输系统未来发展和实现的用户服务、逻辑结构、物理结构和接口通信的要点进行了阐述；最后对开发中国国家智能运输系统体系结构提出一些建议。System architecture plays a very important role in the deployment of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). This paper first describes the goals and phrases of America National ITS Architecture Development Program. Then based on the National Architecture for ITS documented by US DOT in September 1998,the authors give a view of the User Services, Logical Architecture and Physical Architecture defined by America National Architecture for ITS.Some advice is also presented to the development of China National ITS Architecture.
