摘　　要：目的探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C组44例(49眼),单纯手术切除组43例(44眼)。术后随访6个月～2年。结果观察两组术后复发情况。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C能明显降低翼状胬肉的复发率。Aim To explore the clinical effect of corneal limbal stem cell autotransplantation combined with mitomycinc in treating pterygium.Methods 87 pterygium（93 eyes）cases undergoing surgery were randomly divided into two groups.44 cases（49 eyes）were given autotransplantation of corneal limbal stemcell combined with MMC.Simple excsion were taken by 43cases（44 eyes）.All patients were followed up for 6~24 months.Results The recurrence rate in two groups were observed.Conclusion Corneal limbal stem cell autotransplantation combined with MMC can significantly decrease the recurrence rate of pterygium.
