摘　　要：增强农村基层党组织的凝聚力是实现党的农村发展目标、提高党的执政能力建设的必然要求。由于种种原因,基层党组织凝聚力在农村许多地区有所弱化。唯有加强农村党支部的领导班子建设,建立和完善村干部的激励机制,提高农村基层党组织的执行力以及加强后备队伍的建设,才是问题的最优解。It is an inevitable requirement for the realization of the aim of rural development and the enhancement of the leadership of the Party to improve the cohesion of rural grassroots party organizations.However,for various reasons,the cohesion of grassroots party organizations in many rural areas has somehow weakened.In order to solve the problem,we should strengthen the leading group construction of the rural Party branches,build up incentive mechanism of local cadre,improve the executive abilities of rural grassroots Party organizations,and cultivate the young talents.
