中国大城市交通发展值得注意的几个倾向

摘　　要：当前中国大城市交通发展出现了一些值得注意的问题和倾向,如不尽快调整,将影响和制约城市的健康发展。从中国模式的城镇化进程、特殊的机动化发展态势、世界罕见的基础设施建设速度和规模等方面介绍了中国大城市交通发展的特殊背景。在此基础上总结了快速城镇化进程中,大城市交通沿袭固有发展套路,在设施规划建设、交通结构调整、公交优先、区域一体化、信息化建设等方面出现的一些倾向性问题,并对其进行剖析。为引导中国大城市交通健康发展,提出在城市交通规划理念、规划内容和规划体制等方面需要变革和创新的任务要求。There are currently several emerging problems in urban transportation development threatening the sustainable development of large cities in China.This paper reviews the unprecedented development of transportation system in large metropolitan areas during the urbanization and rapid motor-ization processes.By analyzing the problems emerged in the rapid urbanization process,such as using out-of-date develop-ment philosophy in building infrastructure,utilization vari-able travel modes,public transit optimization,regional sys-tem integration and development in information network,the paper outlines the much needed innovative ideas and tasks in the principles and content of urban transportation planning.
