摘 要:常规路网畅通可靠度计算方法难以对路段多、结构复杂的大型路网进行全面优化。为进行简化计算,首先给出畅通可靠度的定义及畅通标准,然后提出考虑各等级道路影响的路网畅通可靠度的近似算法并分析其影响因素——路网饱和度和路网密度。以北京市五环以内路网为例,利用浮动车数据及近似算法计算路段畅通可靠度及交通小区路网畅通可靠度。评价结果表明,北京市早高峰时段39%的路段处于不甚畅通、甚至拥堵状态,且快速路和主干路畅通可靠度最低。以交通小区路网饱和度和路网密度为基础,建立路网畅通可靠度及其影响因素的多元关系模型。结果表明,在数据资源有限的情况下,可通过路网饱和度间接计算路网畅通可靠度。The conventional meth-od for estimating roadway network reliability is inadequate to optimize complex road network with a large number of road segments.By intro-ducing the definition of road reli-ability and the roadway congestion index,this paper proposes an ap-proximation algorithm for roadway network reliability and analyzes two impact factors: the degree of saturation and the road network density.Taking road network with-in the fifth-ring expressway in Bei-jing as an example,the paper illus-trates the application of the method in calculating road segment reliabil-ity and roadway network reliability for each traffic zone based on the floating car data.The evaluation re-sults show that 39% road segments are congested at morning peak hours,and the reliability of express-way and major corridors are the lowest in Beijing.Based on the de-gree of saturation and road network density in each traffic zone,a mode is developed to show the relation-ship between roadway network reli-ability and the impact factors.The paper concludes that roadway net-work reliability can be indirectly obtained using the degree of satura-tion with inadequate date.
