摘　　要：中外合作办学机构的办学特色,要凸显"优质性"、"独特性"和"创新性",必须做到:科学定位,找准特色;充实内涵,强化特色;学科建设,体现特色;提高质量,彰显特色;科学管理,保障特色;总结升华,凝炼特色。中外合作办学机构只有充分发挥自身优势,办出特色,才能保持健康、快速发展。The characters of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools should manifest the characters of ＂high quality＂,＂peculiarity＂ and ＂creativity＂.Meanwhile,the following requirements should be met： orienting scientifically to target the special characters;enriching the connotation to strengthen the characters;constructing the discipline to embody the characters;improving the quality to show the characters;manage scientifically to guarantee the characters;summarizing and enhancing to refine characters.Only by fully developing their advantages and showing characters,can Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools move forward in a healthy and fast way.
