摘　　要：以黑龙江大学化学化工与材料学院为研究对象,开展了高等学校实验室开放管理及运行机制的研究,在开放的管理体系、开放内容、方法和手段等方面进行了探索。经过几年实践,逐步建立了科学合理的实验室开放管理模式与机制,充分利用了实验教学与科研资源,构建良好的实验室开放环境,鼓励学生参与创新实践,取得了显著的成果。This paper uses school of chemical and materials of Heilongjiang University as research object,we studies opening laboratory management and operation mechanism of higher school,especially in the open management system,content,method and means etc.Through practice in recent years,we have gradually established scientific and reasonable opening laboratory management modes and mechanism,and made full use of the experimental teaching and research resources to build good opening laboratory environment and encourage students to participate in the innovation practice,which have made remarkable achivements.
