摘 要:临床技能实验室建设与实验教学模式的改革是以培养医学生"以病人为中心"的服务理念和良好的职业道德为核心,以培养医学生实践能力和批判性思维能力为目的 ,以临床技能实验室为平台,以培养医学生临床基本技能和医患沟通技能为手段,以高素质的教师队伍和先进的教学设备为保障,顺应教学规律,改革教学模式与教学方法。改革的主要内容包括建设临床技能实验室,架构多学科综合性临床实践教学平台;优化整合多学科临床实践教学内容、构建临床技能课程体系;加强教材建设,促进临床技能实验教学模式的改革;分层次设置实验内容,采取多元化的教学方法;建立实验教学质量监控体系,提高教学质量;坚持实施人才兴教战略,制定师资队伍建设规划。最后对进一步深化改革提出了展望。The aim of the construction for clinical skills laboratory and the reform of experimental teaching mode is to culture high level medical students who not only have excellent practice ability and critical thinking but also contain "patients first" concept and good professional ethics.We used the clinical skills laboratory as a platform to develop students’ basic clinical skills and the ability of communication with patients.With the guarantee of high-quality teachers and advanced teaching equipments,the teaching mode and teaching methods have been reformed according to the teaching law..The reform mainly consists of constructing the clinical skills laboratory,building a teaching platform for the multi-disciplinary synthetic clinical practicing;optimizing and integrating the content of the multi-disciplinary clinical practicing teaching;constructing the curricula of clinical skills teaching;enhancing the construction for the teaching materials;promoting the reform of mode of the clinical skills teaching;setting contents of the experiments at all levels,using a diverse teaching methods;setting up a monitor system for teaching quality,improving the teaching quality,persisting the strategy of qualified talents;establishing the plan for the teaching stuff.Finally,further deepening reform was presented in this paper
