My Opinion on Creating an Excellent Financial Team

摘　　要：针对如何有效地提高财务团队整体能力和素质的问题,阐述了优秀的财务团队应具备的特征,分析了现实中导致财务团队建设效果不佳的原因,提出了财务团队建设要重视提高财务人员素质、要形成自我学习的氛围、公正地处理利益关系以及塑造特色财务团队文化等策略。Centering on how to improve whole running ability and quality of a financial team, the features that an excellent team should have are expounded. In reality, the effect on team construction is not so good because of some reasons. Therefore, countermeasures such as improving qualities of financial staff, fostering the atmosphere of self-learning, dealing with the interest connections justly and featuring a team culture with characteristics of finance are suggested to help to create an excellent financial team.
