人口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中N-Cadherin蛋白的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨神经型钙黏附蛋白(N-cadherin)在人口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测85例正常口腔上皮组织、62例癌旁不典型增生组织及85例OSCC组织中N-cadherin蛋白的表达,并分析其与临床病理学参数之间的关系。结果 N-cadherin蛋白在OSCC组织中的阳性表达率(89.41%)明显高于癌旁不典型增生组织(58.06%)和正常口腔上皮组织(15.29%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.420、93.596,P<0.001)。N-cadherin蛋白的表达与患者的年龄、性别无关(P>0.05),而与OSCC的组织分化、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 OSCC组织中N-cadherin蛋白的高表达可能与OSCC的发生发展关系密切。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of N-cadherin protein in human oral cell squamous carcinoma（OSCC）.Methods The expressions of N-cadherin protein were detected by immunohistochemistry method in 85 cases of normal oral epithelial tissues,62 cases of atypical hypical tissues and 85 cases of OSCC tissues,and the relationship between its expression and clinicopathological features were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of N-cadherin protein in OSCC tissues（89.41%） was obviously higher than that of atypical hypical tissues（58.06%） or normal oral epithelial tissues（15.29%）,there were significant differences（χ2=19.420,93.596;P0.001）.In addition,the expressions of N-cadherin protein were not related to the age and gender of the patients（P0.05）,but closely related to differentiation,TNM grade and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion N-cadherin protein at high level may be closely related with the occurrence and development of OSCC.
