NF和PF方案化疗治疗晚期鼻咽癌的疗效比较分析

摘　　要：目的比较分析NF和PF方案治疗晚期鼻咽癌的疗效。方法 60例晚期鼻咽癌随机分为两组,每组30例,分别给予NF和PF方案化疗。治疗结束后评价疗效。结果 NF方案组有效率为46.7%,PF方案组为40.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NF和PF方案治疗复发和转移的鼻咽癌疗效均较好。Objective To analyze the curative effect of NF regimen and PF regimen in the treatment of patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Sixty patients with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into two groups,and were treated with NF regimen and PF regimen chemotherapy respectively.Results The response rate was 46.7% in the NF regimen group,and was 40.0% in the PF regimen group（P0.05）.Conclusion The NF regimen and the PF regimen are effective for the recurrences and metastases of advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
