骨水泥在肱骨近端骨巨细胞瘤术后骨缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨骨水泥塑型骨段修复重建肱骨近端骨巨细胞瘤术后骨缺损的临床应用价值。方法对5例原发骨巨细胞瘤患者的治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果全部患者随访24~84个月,平均44个月,均无复发和转移;根据Ennek ing的骨骼肌肉肿瘤术后功能评分,本组5例患者术后患侧上肢功能评分20~28分,平均26分,其中评分在23分以上者4例（80.0%）。结论骨水泥肱骨近端骨巨细胞瘤修复重建手术治疗方法简单有效,为永久性假体再植奠定了基础。Objective To explore the clinical value of bone cement in the treatment of bone defect after excision of giant cell tumor of proximal humerus.Methods The treatment data of 5 patients with giant cell tumor of proximal humerus were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the patients were followed up for 24 to 84 months,the average of 44 months,without local recurrence or distant metastasis.According to Enneking function evaluation standard,the post-operative function scores were 20 to 28,the average of 26.The 4 cases were beyond 23 points（80.0%）.Conclusion Bone cement in the treatment of bone defect after excision of giant cell tumor of proximal humerus is a good method to lay the foundation for permanent prosthesis reimplantation.
