摘　　要：目的探讨不同方法治疗肺尖癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析26例肺尖癌患者的临床资料。结果单纯对症治疗、单纯化疗、单纯放疗、放疗+化疗及放疗+手术+化疗等治疗方法的患者平均生存期分别为0.5、1.5、5.0、21.0和22.5个月。结论综合治疗较单纯治疗更能延长肺尖癌患者的生存期。Objective To explore the clinical effects of different curative methods for pancoast cancer.Methods The clinical data of 26 patients with pancoast cancer were analyzed retrospectively.Results The average survival time of patients treated with symptomatic treatment was 0.5 months,chemotherapy 1.5 months,radiotherapy 5.0 months,chemotherapy plus radiotherapy 21.0 months,radiotherapy plus operation and chemotherapy 22.5 months.Conclusion Compared with the single treatment,the comprehensive treatment can significantly prolong the survival time of patients with pancoast cancer.
