摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在肋骨转移瘤放疗定位中的应用价值。方法对50例ECT骨扫描诊断为肋骨转移瘤的患者,行多层螺旋CT扫描并三维重建,根据三维重建图像确定肋骨转移瘤的具体部位和范围,并在模拟定位机下精确定位后实施放疗。结果 50例患者的99处经ECT骨扫描诊断的肋骨转移瘤中,有86处经多层螺旋CT扫描并三维重建后,显示肋骨局部骨质破坏、软组织肿块和膨胀性改变,13处未见改变。86处肋骨转移瘤经局部放疗后,胸部疼痛均得到缓解或消失。结论多层螺旋CT三维重建技术可以提高肋骨转移瘤定位的精确性。Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique in the radiotherapy localization of rib metastatic tumors.Methods Fifty cases with ribs metastatic tumors diagnosed by ECT were performed with multi-slice CT scans and three-dimensional reconstruction,the accurate metastatic sites and size range were determined according to three-dimensional reconstruction image,and the radiotherapy was implemented after accurate positioning under analog machine.Results Eighty six sites displayed the destruction of local ribs,soft tissue mass and expanding change in 99 sites of 50 ribs metastatic cases after multi-slice CT scans and three-dimensional reconstruction,and not a little change in 13 sites.All the chest pain was mitigated or disappeared after local radiotherapy.Conclusion Multi-slice CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique can improve the accuracy of the radiotherapy localization of rib metastatic tumors.
