腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗Ⅰ期子宫内膜癌的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜癌的临床效果。方法:将2010年1月～2011年1月术前确诊为早期子宫内膜癌的60例患者分为2组,分别进行腹腔镜手术及开腹手术。结果:腹腔镜组与开腹组的手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),腹腔镜组术后肛门排气时间早,住院时间短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术能取得与开腹手术同样的效果,但腹腔镜手术在患者生活质量方面具有更多优势。Objective：To explore laparoscopic surgery treat endometrial cancer clinical effect.Methods：Our hospital preoperative diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma 60 patients from January 2010 to January 2011 were divided into two groups,applicated laparoscopic surgery and open surgery separately.Results：Laparoscopic group and sigmoidectomy group in the operation time,peri-operative bleeding and postoperative complications difference were not statistically significant（P0.05）,laparoscopic group began the anus exhaust time early,shorter hospitalization time was statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Laparoscopic surgery achieved result and open surgery is the same,but laparoscopic surgery in the quality of life of patients have more advantage.
