摘  要:职业倦怠是一种由于工作导致的职业病。由于长期的工作压力、教育观念冲突、低成就感等负面情绪没有及时化解,逐渐耗损了教师的工作热情和主动性,导致了职业倦怠的产生。职业倦怠危及教师的身心健康,降低教师的工作质量,妨碍学生身心健康发展,危害整个教育事业的健康发展。因此,中学教师的职业倦怠问题更是不可忽视,亟需寻找相关对策。Job burnout is a kind of occupational disease resulted from jobs. When such negative emotions as long-term work pressure, conflicts of education values, and a low sense of accomplishment, are not timely resolved, they may wear off teachers’ enthusiasm and initiatives in work and job burnout may occur. It is harmful for teachers’ mental and physical health, lowers down their working quality, hinders the students’ healthy development in mind and body, and is even harmful for the healthy development of education as a whole. Therefore, the job burnout of middle school teachers should not be ignored and we should find corresponding countermeasures.
