摘 要:目的了解不同年级护生亲社会行为、社交回避及苦恼的状况,探讨亲社会行为表现类型与社交回避及苦恼的关系。方法采用亲社会倾向测量问卷、社交回避及苦恼量表对379名护生进行测量。结果不同年级护生亲社会行为的匿名、利他、依从、情绪性和紧急5种类型得分,以及社交回避、苦恼得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);匿名、紧急性亲社会行为与社交回避及苦恼呈显著正相关(均P<0.01)。结论护生亲社会行为表现类型、社交回避及苦恼呈年级差异性,有社交回避行为及苦恼体验的护生倾向于匿名和紧急性亲社会行为。提示相关院校应注重护生人际交往能力的培养,促进护生积极社会行为水平的提升。Objective To investigate prosocial behaviors,social avoidance and distress of nursing students from different grades,and to identify the relationship among them.Methods A total of 379 nursing students were investigated by filling out the Prosocial Tendencies Measurement Scale(PTMS),the Social Avoidance and Distress Scale(SADS).Results The scores of such prosocial behaviors as anonymity,altruism,compliance,emotionality and urgency,and the scores of social avoidance and distress showed statistical differences in students from different grades(P0.05,P0.01);anonymity and gency were positively related with social avoidance and distress(P0.01 for all).Conclusion Nursing students from different grades show differences in prosocial behaviors,social avoidance and distress;students with social avoidance and distress tend to adopt anonymity and urgency of prosocial behaviors.Nursing educators should cultivate students′ interpersonal communication skills,and promote students′positive social behaviors.
