摘　　要：目的:编制儿童青少年健康综合评价标准,并将其应用到实际工作中。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取广州、湘潭、武汉和哈尔滨4地的7-18岁儿童青少年共4104人为调查对象。以特尔菲法搜集咨询专家意见,建立评价指标体系。结果:确立了5类指标(身体形态、生理机能、身体素质、心理健康、健康缺陷)和3类指标(身体形态、生理机能、健康缺陷)体系来评估儿童青少年的健康状况。结论:5项指标和3项指标的计算结果具有一致性,各地各部门可根据实际工作需要因地制宜筛选指标。Objective： To establish health comprehensive evaluation standard of children and adolescents and be applied in the practical work.Methods： 4104 children and adolescents of 7-18 year old were extracted from Guangzhou,Xiangtan,Wuhan and Harbin using the method of stratified cluster sampling,and establish evaluation index system based on the experts opinions from Delphi method.Results： Five indexes system（body morphology,physiological function,physical quality,mental health,and health defects） and three kinds of index system（body morphology,physiological function,and health defects） were established to evaluate children and adolescents health.Conclusions： The calculation result of five indicators is consistent with that of three indexes.All localities and departments adjust measures for screening index according to actual work need and local conditions.
