流浪精神病人攻击行为相关因素的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨我市流浪精神病患者攻击行为的相关因素,从而采取有效的预防措施。方法收集在我院收容病区住院的流浪精神病患者200例,其中有攻击行为的100例为研究组,100例无攻击行为者为对照组,采用行为量表及自制的调查表进行统计分析。结果自制调查表统计的一般资料发现,在既往攻击、住院情况方面研究组明显高于对照组,而外显行为量表统计发现,研究组患者均有外显攻击行为;简明精神病评定量表统计发现,自知力障碍因子无统计学差异,P>0.05;其余各因子组间均有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论多种因素与流浪精神病患者攻击行为有客观联系,多个调查量表综合分析能一定程度预测其攻击行为,为采取有效措施提供科学客观依据。Objective To investigate the factors related to aggressive behavior of city＇s homeless psychotic patients,in order to take effective preventive measures.Methods Collect 200 city＇s homeless psychotic patients cases in our hospital,100 patients with aggressive behavior as the study group,100 patients without aggressive behavior as control group,analysis behavior scale and the self-made statistical.Results The self-made statistical surveys of general information found in the previous attack,hospital situation in the study group was significantly higher in outer behavior scale statistics were found in the study group patients had explicit aggressive behavior;brief Psychiatric Rating Scale Statistics found that barriers to factor insight was no significant difference,P0.05;the remaining factors were statistically significant between groups,P0.05.Conclusion The psychotic patient’s aggressive behaviohave links to various factors,more comprehensive analysis of questionnaire survey to predict the aggressive behavior to some extent,and it take effective measures to provide scientific and objective basis.
