摘  要:目的:调查临床实习护理专业学生感受带教教师的关怀行为现状,分析其影响因素,为实施关怀教育提供依据。方法:抽取2所教学医院的386名护理专业学生,采用自制的问卷进行调查。结果:护理专业学生认为教师的行为具有关怀性。调查还显示,男性护理专业学生对教师的关怀行为的评价明显低于女性护理专业学生,就读学校的关怀氛围和家庭的关怀状况均会影响护理专业学生对带教教师关怀行为的感知。结论:要注重教师的关怀意识和能力的培养,加强学校关怀氛围建设。Objective: To analyze the influence factors of nursing students' perception of clinical teachers' caring behavior,and provide suggestion for caring education.Methods: Using a self-made scale to invested 386 students in 2 teaching hospitals affiliated to the ministry in Wuhan.Results: The score of nursing students' evaluation of teachers' caring behaviors was high.Male nursing students' score is lower than female nursing students,and school caring climate and family caring affect the perception of caring model action.Conclusion: It is important to cultivate nursing teacher's consciousness and ability,and to build caring atmosphere of school.
