摘　　要：目的总结无抽搐电休克(MECT)治疗精神病患者的临床观察和护理体会。方法采用回顾性调查的方法对170例精神病患者的临床资料进行整理、归纳和分析,通过实时护理总结了护理体会。结果 170例共进行890次治疗过程都很顺利,无严重并发症发生;住院次数、治疗次数两者疗效比较无差异性(P>0.05),但病程对于疗效有差异性(P<0.05)。结论 MECT安全有效,不良反应少;做好充分的术前准备、密切观察病情变化及良好的心理沟通是MECT治疗顺利进行和成功的重要保证。Objective Summary No convulsions electric shock（MECT） therapy psychotic clinical observation and nursing experience.Methods retrospective survey method to 1.7 cases of mental patients analysis of the clinical data sorting,summary and analysis,through real-time nursing summarizes nursing experience。Results 170 patients performed 890 times treatment process are successful,with no major complications,Hospital treatment frequencies of times,the comparison between curative effect without difference（P0.05）,but the duration for curative effect has differences（P0.05）.Conclusion（MECT）Safe,effective and fewer side effects;To make sufficient preoperative preparation、Closely observe the psychological illness change and good communication is smooth and successful treatment（MECT）important guarantee.
